What the portal holds

• Your projects and their milestones, as they stand on the engineer's project record.
• Every design set and calculation posted for you, with its revision and standing: preliminary sets for review, issued sets, and sealed sets carrying the engineer's verified digital signature. An earlier revision stays available, labelled superseded.
• Documents you send: reference drawings, submittals, requests for information, review comments and signed agreements each get a transmittal number and an emailed receipt, and the engineer's action or answer comes back to the same log. Your contractors can send submittals for review through a project drop link, with no account of their own.
• The whole project file, any time: one ZIP with every posted set and revision, every returned copy, everything sent, and the logs.
• Proposals you can sign online: a proposal is sent to one named person for signature, becomes binding when the engineer countersigns, and the executed record is posted for both parties. Paper remains an option.
• In English or Spanish, your choice on any page; documents, proposals and agreements are in English. Where enabled, a question box answers from the documents posted to your project and cites them.
• A record of every posting and download, kept with the project file for at least five years after final issue.

Sending documents, contractor submittals and requests for information through the portal are being added; until then, send them by email to the engineer.
